This 96 mm big‑bore kit transforms a Polaris 1000 engine, delivering noticeable horsepower and torque gains. The stock cylinder is precision‑bored and nikasil‑plated, then paired with two forged pistons, rings, circlips and wristpins. The package also includes base and head gaskets for a complete rebuild. Stock cylinder exchange is required unless you purchase the kit outright.
