The 96 mm big‑bore kit boosts horsepower and torque on your Polaris 1000 by replacing the stock cylinder with a precision‑bored, nikasil‑plated unit. It includes two high‑performance forged pistons, rings, circlips, wristpins, plus base and head gaskets. Installation requires swapping the original cylinder unless you purchase the kit outright. Designed for maximum durability and power.
