The Cyclone Primary Clutch Cover channels high‑velocity airflow through a billet‑aluminum housing to keep the Polaris RS1 clutch cool under extreme conditions. Its CNC‑machined 6061‑T6 aluminum construction adds rigidity and reduces clutch flex for smoother shifts. Integrated fan blades deliver up to 50 CFM of extra airflow, preventing belt overheating above 250 °F. Made in the USA, this bolt‑on replacement extends belt life and maintains power on the trail.
